Toner Cartridge Exchange Program

Many people get confused on how our exchange program works.  A common misconception is that you return the cartridge when it is empty, and we give you a credit to apply towards a future order.  Our system is not set up to process credits in this way.  The correct way to use our exchange program is to return your empty cartridge; we remanufacture it and return it.  Ideally you would want to keep a spare on hand so that you are never with out a cartridge.  We realize that is not always possible.  With an in-house time of 2 to 3 days, and UPS shipping times of 1 to 5 days, you would never have to be without a cartridge for long.
